Project assets

The SafePath name, logo usage, product copy, website copy, original app interface, screenshots, documentation, backend code, and Android code created for this repository are project assets unless a file states otherwise.

Third-party materials

Third-party data sources, APIs, libraries, marks, and service names remain the property of their respective owners. References to Solana, Jupiter, GeckoTerminal, CryptoScamDB, MetaMask, Scam Sniffer, Android, Netlify, Railway, or other services are for integration, compatibility, attribution, or descriptive purposes only.

SafePath is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the third-party services it references unless that relationship is stated explicitly in writing.

User submissions

Targets submitted for checks remain controlled by the user or the relevant rights holder. SafePath uses submitted targets only as needed to provide safety results, operate the service, and troubleshoot abuse or reliability issues.
