SafePath is a read-only safety checker for Solana links, domains, token mints, and addresses. This policy explains what information is handled by the app and website.

Information you provide

When you paste or type a target into SafePath, the app sends that target to the SafePath backend so it can classify the input and return public context. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other secrets. SafePath does not need them and will never ask for them.

Information collected automatically

SafePath does not require an account, does not connect to your wallet, does not request payment details, and does not sign transactions. The backend may receive standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs as part of operating and securing the service.

How checks work

Submitted targets are compared with public scam-signal sources and local URL or domain heuristics. If a Solana mint can be resolved, SafePath may request public token, price, and liquidity context from third-party services. Those providers process requests under their own policies.

Website

This static website does not require an account, does not collect payments, and does not include first-party analytics code in this build. The hosting provider may process standard access logs needed to serve and protect the site.

Use and retention

SafePath uses submitted targets to return the requested safety result, troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Check responses are not intended to be permanently stored. Short-lived operational logs may exist where required for hosting, debugging, or security.

Sharing

SafePath does not sell personal information. Submitted targets may be sent to infrastructure providers and public-data services as needed to complete a check, operate the backend, and maintain the website.

Your choices

You can avoid sending a target by not running a check. You can also use SafePath without connecting a wallet because wallet connection is not part of the product.

Security and limits

SafePath is designed to minimize sensitive data by staying read-only, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Safety verdicts are informational and may be incomplete or wrong if public sources are stale, unavailable, or missing a threat.

This policy may be updated as the product or hosting setup changes. The effective date above shows the current version.
