Back to SafePath

User agreement

Effective date: June 30, 2026

This agreement describes the terms for using SafePath. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Purpose

SafePath provides informational, read-only checks for links, domains, Solana token mints, and addresses. It is a pre-tap safety aid and does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or security advice.

No guarantee of safety

A SafePath verdict does not guarantee that a target is safe, legitimate, profitable, or free of risk. Threats can change quickly, public data can be incomplete, and a malicious target may not yet appear in any source.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own decisions, wallet activity, browser actions, token purchases, and transactions. Never enter seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other secrets into SafePath.

Permitted use

You may use SafePath for personal safety checks and ordinary product evaluation. You may not abuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape at excessive volume, or attempt to bypass protections for the app, backend, website, or related infrastructure.

Third-party sources

SafePath relies on public lists, public APIs, and third-party services for parts of its results. Those services are outside SafePath's control and may change, fail, or return incomplete data.

Availability

SafePath may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Results can be delayed or degraded when upstream services or hosting providers are unavailable.

Limitation of liability

SafePath is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for losses, damages, missed opportunities, compromised wallets, failed transactions, or other outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on SafePath.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The effective date above shows the current version.
